Multiple PCBA motherboards (such as apple motherboard of Foxconn) can be placed in each tray. The tray is pushed to the oven car by the automatic feeding machine. The car can store dozens of fixtures when it is lifted and lowered as a whole, ensuring that the baking time and effect can meet the upstream production line. After baking, it is pushed to the cooling box by the feeding machine. In order to prevent oxidation, quantitative nitrogen filling can be carried out according to the oxygen analysis in the furnace, which has the characteristics of accurate temperature, online efficiency, small space occupation and so on.

2、 Pressure oven (optional vacuum)
PCBA needs to be baked after dispensing or chip bonding to solve many problems such as short circuit caused by oxygen in bubbles.
Multi stage temperature rise and fall parameter setting, oxygen analysis in the furnace, quantitative nitrogen filling, and baking under multi-stage pressure.

3、 Traditional oven realizes industrial 4.0
Several ovens are guided by AGV vehicle laser, and the automatic loading and unloading are connected with the production line, and the data is uploaded through the MES system.
